Yes, a once-off N$500 setup fee covers racking, OS installation and network configuration. It's waived on annual billing.

Each server includes 5 IPv4 addresses. Additional IPs are available with justification (SSL, mail separation) per RIPE/AFRINIC policy — open a ticket to request them.
